Valmont® Irrigation, the manufacturer of the Valley® brand of irrigation equipment, will host two Field Days this year, scheduled in conjunction with two trade shows popular with international visitors.
Valley Field Days provide information about crop management, center pivot irrigation equipment, and water efficiency to international growers visiting the United States.
The first Field Day will be Aug. 26 in Valley, Nebraska, USA, in conjunction with the Aug. 26-28 Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa, USA. This event will include a Valmont Irrigation factory tour.
The second will be Sept. 11 on a farm near Fargo, North Dakota, USA, in conjunction with the Sept. 9-11 Big Iron Farm Show in Fargo.
Participants will learn from local growers and see the latest in irrigation equipment, soil moisture monitoring, crop management, and Variable Rate Irrigation (VRI) technology. Authorized providers Nelson® Irrigation and Senninger® Irrigation will share the latest technologies in water application.
